The Official State Gazette (BOE) has published two selective processes to fill 985 positions for internal promotion. Specifically, 583 vacancies correspond to the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Processing; and 402 vacancies, also for internal promotion, are for the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Management of the Administration of Justice.
This double call for applications complies with the agreements reached between the Ministry of Justice, directed by Pilar Llop, and the trade unions in the negotiations at the sectoral table, with the aim of updating and speeding up the vacancies offered pending from previous years, which will have to take into consideration the new features introduced by Law 20/2021, of 28 December, on urgent measures to reduce the temporary nature of public employment.
The cumulative call for these 985 vacancies recovers the internal promotion vacancies pending from the 2019 Job Offer (affected by the delays in the execution and completion of the 2017 and 2018 processes due to the Covid-19 pandemic) and adds the vacancies from new Public Employment Offers approved in the 2020 and 2021 financial years.
Territorial distribution:
Of the total of 583 vacancies called for the Procedural and Administrative Processing Corps, 41 vacancies are reserved for persons with disabilities of a degree equal to or greater than 33%. The call for applications establishes a territorial distribution of vacancies which allocates, among others, 114 to Madrid, 101 to Catalonia, 45 to the Valencian Community, 41 to Andalusia and 188 to the offices of the Ministry of Justice.
In turn, of the 402 vacancies announced for the Corps of Procedural and Administrative Management, 28 of them are reserved for people with disabilities of a degree equal to or greater than 33%. The call for applications establishes a territorial distribution of vacancies which allocates, among others, 124 vacancies to Catalonia, 52 to Madrid, 43 to Andalusia, 39 to the Valencian Community and 85 to the offices of the Ministry of Justice.
In both selection processes, the first exercise will take place within four months of publication in the BOE. The competitive examination phase will have a maximum duration of three months from the date of the written and eliminatory exercise, to be held on the same day and at the same time in all examination venues. In the competition phase, the various academic and professional merits of the candidate detailed in the call for applications will be assessed.
All the requirements of the selection process and the content of the programme are detailed in the published order.
